Okay. In that location's a specific way to navigate through this menu to alter it yourself (no español knowledge required 😉)

When yous call the system, press 4, that'll bring y'all to Mailbox Options.

Give thanks you, i just tried that, information technology didnt work its but a lot of spanish i dont empathize what shes saying. I just pressed 4 twice and 7. Still spanish.

What if yous hit star for the master menu, then 4 for mail box options, then 7 for language settings? Does that allow you to change it?

This happened to my mother's phone. Good news is that if you printing 4 and listen all the mode to the stop, it will tell you lot in the other linguistic communication to press 7.

Bad news is T-Mobile set this upwardly so that the command to delete a message that you use all of the time is the same one that can switch languages if you are not listening to the bulletin any longer. This seems apparently dumb.

I tin't believe this (particular) thread is v years one-time and as of four days ago - according to KCB above - information technology's Nevertheless an event. This press 7 to delete a vm but it switches your system to another language is absolutely ridiculous. I just spent 30+ admittedly frustrating min on the master website *trying* to troubleshoot this for my 87yr one-time dad and finally gave upward and was more than happy to spend the adjacent 5min venting my frustrations well-nigh that experience in the survey they offered.

A quick & simple google search led me here so thanks for the easy caption as to WHY this happens and the reply how to fix it. It'due south non rocket science T-Mobile… Delight do improve.
